I hereby authorize the above work to be done along with the necessary materials. Q Things Ltd, QRS, its affiliates and its employees may operate the unit herein described on any waterways or elsewhere for purposes of testing, inspection, or delivery at my risk. It is also understood that you will not be held responsible for loss or damage to unit (or articles left in or with the unit) in case of fire, theft, accident, inclement weather conditions, or any other cause beyond your control. Any discounts offered will be forfeit if not paid within 14 days. Any invoice beyond 30 days will become a collection matter, of which all cost will be at your expense. Invoices will be subject to late fee charges of 1.5% per month after 30 days.
QRS is not responsible for any tree or low obstacles that may hit or damage goods whilst in transit. Any tree or branch trimming may be an extra charge and the clean-up is the responsibly of the customer.
QRS will take no responsible for goods that cannot support themselves on the trailer provided. We are also not responsible for the blocks nor the ground they are place on to be able to support the load that is put on them. any additional blocking is the responsibly of the owner.
